Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  1. Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities.
  2. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations.
  3. Develop solutions for customer concerns and maintain a continual focus on customer service as our top priority.
  4. Be punctual: clock in and out in uniform.
  5. Ensure stations are well stocked with linen, china, silverware, ice, coffee, teapots, etc.
  6. Prepare the necessary food items, e.g., lemon, butter, cream, coffee, tea, etc.
  7. Submit linen orders for the PM shift before noon, ensuring enough for the AM shift of the next day.
  8. Check water glasses, coffee cups, and ashtrays regularly.
  9. Communicate with the host or manager to reset tables quickly.
  10. Clear tables after use.
  11. Pick up and manage clean linen.
  12. Dust chairs for crumbs and wipe for liquids and stains.
  13. Assist servers and follow proper service procedures at all times.
  14. Support fellow service staff when appropriate.
  15. Maintain a neat, organized work area.
  16. Travel to conferences and entertain potential guests/clients as needed.
  17. Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies, Title 97 Policy, and HR SOPs.

The above duties are not exhaustive and may change based on organizational needs and supervisor directives.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Regularly required to walk and stand for long periods.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to work in a smoking environment. Management may revise duties or request additional tasks as needed. For accommodations, contact HR. This description does not imply exclusive tasks; employees may be asked to perform other duties as directed.
