Job Summary

Summary: Assists servers with dining room activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table setups.
• Delivers orders and buses tables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Commits to personal and team safety.
• Follows all company policies, including safety procedures like using gloves when handling knives or cleaning equipment, and proper footwear and lifting techniques.
