Job description

Join to apply for the Busser - PM Shift role at Kahler Hospitality Group.

We are searching for a diligent busser to assist and support our serving staff during the evening shift at our restaurant. Responsibilities include cleaning, clearing, and setting tables, maintaining restaurant supplies and equipment, and assisting customers with requests or complaints.

To succeed as a busser, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Welcoming customers, showing them to their tables, and providing menus.
  2. Assisting customers with queries and requests.
  3. Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables between seatings.
  4. Serving food and refilling beverages as needed.
  5. Cleaning and processing dirty dishes and silverware.
  6. Cleaning and replenishing menus, crockery, and cutlery between tables.
  7. Managing inventory of napkins, straws, condiments, and supplies.
  8. Reporting damages, shortages, and complaints to the manager.
  9. Moving furniture to accommodate customers.
  10. Tidying the restaurant after service and preparing it for the next.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. Food handler's card/license preferred.
  3. Passion for customer service and hospitality.
  4. Excellent customer service skills.
  5. Attention to detail.
  6. Organizational and time management skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong verbal communication skills.
  9. Physical fitness to move furniture and stand for long periods.
  10. Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation

$14.30/hour.
