The Role
The PM busser is a vital part of the dining room team. Responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, disposing of food waste, transporting reusable materials to the dishpit, providing drinking water, refilling guest beverages upon request, and delivering bread to tables. The busser should anticipate guests' and servers' needs and perform duties professionally.
