Primary responsibility of the Buffet Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests. This is a high-volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of utmost importance. If time permits, assistance to the food server is acceptable.

Job Details

Primary responsibility of the Buffet Busser is to clean tables and prepare them for incoming guests. This role requires efficiency and attention to cleanliness in a busy environment. Assisting food servers when possible is also part of the duties.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide excellent internal/external guest service
• Perform all side work as indicated by the shift checklist
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and side stations
• Clear, wipe, and reset tables according to standards
• Transport dirty items to the dish room
• Bring supplies from dish room: silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups, and saucers
• Conduct regular carpet sweeps
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

• High School/GED preferred
• 6 months related experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary certifications/licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent guest service and communication skills; ability to handle high volume and stressful situations.
