Position Overview:

As a Stadium Club Busser, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring that our dining and bar areas are kept sparkling clean and ready for our guests. Your mission is to work hand-in-hand with the serving and bar staff to maintain a fun and inviting atmosphere, while also providing essential support in clearing tables, resetting them, and assisting with other tasks as needed. With your positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork spirit, you'll play a vital role in creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a busser or in a hospitality role is preferred. Enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that tables are cleared efficiently, and the dining area remains clean and presentable.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other team members.
  • A proactive and helpful attitude, always seeking ways to assist the serving and bar staff and support the overall guest experience.
  • A food handling certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
  • TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Table Bussing: Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished their meals or drinks, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.
  • Table Resetting: Reset tables with clean tableware, napkins, and condiments to prepare for the next group of guests.
  • Dishwashing: Assist in washing dishes, glassware, and utensils, ensuring a continuous supply of clean items for service.
  • Bar Support: Help the bar staff by collecting empty glasses, bottles, and other barware, and assisting in keeping the bar area organized.
  • Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner, providing assistance and answering any questions they may have.
  • Beverage Refills: Assist servers in refilling water glasses and delivering non-alcoholic beverages to tables.
  • Floor Maintenance: Keep the dining and bar areas clean and tidy, sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
  • Trash and Recycling: Empty trash cans and recycling bins regularly, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Special Events: Assist in setting up and organizing special events or promotions, such as themed nights or table decorations.
  • High Energy: Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the shift, contributing to the vibrant and fun atmosphere of the stadium club.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED

Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate in the English language. Second language is a plus.
  • Ability to perform proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment/machinery.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 50 pounds.
  • Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
