DineAmic Hospitality is seeking Bussers to support servers and bartenders and keep our restaurants running smoothly. Responsibilities include cleaning and resetting tables, transporting dishware and utensils to the kitchen, and ensuring guests' water glasses are filled. Candidates should have stamina and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a great opportunity to start your career in the restaurant industry and gain valuable experience for growth.

What You Will Do
  • Prepare dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking supplies before service
  • Maintain table settings by removing finished courses and clearing soiled dishware and utensils
  • Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs, such as refilling water and replenishing utensils
  • Clean and reset tables after guests leave, including wiping down surfaces and refreshing centerpieces and condiments
  • Keep an organized, sanitary, and stocked bussing station
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
What You Need To Have
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Busser; experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants preferred
  • Knowledge of local health department requirements; Food Handlers Certification (non-expired) required
  • Accuracy and speed in completing tasks
  • A passion for quality and respect for team members and guests
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
