First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is hiring a Busser for daytime shifts to clean and reset tables within 3 minutes, communicating table status to Hosts and Servers, and supporting the dining team in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll join a people-first culture focused on hospitality, teamwork, and providing an excellent breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. Must be 18+ and friendly, with a willingness to help across tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
