First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Busser for our daytime dining service. This role supports a chef-curated menu and prioritizes employees, with no night shifts and a focus on delivering a welcoming breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience.

The Busser will keep tables clean and reset quickly, communicate with Hosts and Servers, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced service environment. We value teamwork, reliability, and a friendly, guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
