Urban Egg on Burnet Road in Austin is hiring its opening team for October. Be part of day-one service in our new restaurant, where we focus on a welcoming dining experience and teamwork.

We’re seeking a dedicated Busser to support servers, keep the dining area clean, and help deliver a smooth guest experience. This is a tipped role with opportunities to grow and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate well with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Have positive interpersonal skills and understand the culture of Urban Egg.
• Works effectively as a team, helping anywhere needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Daytime and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
• Take dishes to dish area
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tables and floors
• Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
