Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean dining area and replenish clean items along with assisting Front of House staff throughout shift.
• Wipe tables or seats with damp cloths and replace dirty linens.
• Sweep, mop and set out mats; stock condiments and linens as needed.
• Assist servers with sidework and accommodate guest needs when possible.
• Locate items requested by customers and transport dishes to kitchens for cleaning.
