Job summary

Hard Rock International in New York is seeking a Server Assistant/Busser to support dining room operations, clearing tables and assisting hosts and servers. You will maintain a clean, organized back dock, handle bussing duties, stock ice and bar supplies, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced cafe.

Responsibilities

• Clearing dirty tables.
• Resetting tables.
• Sweeping the floor.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Stocking ice/products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some Cafes: removing ketchup; refilling guests’ drinks and setting up bar pre-mixes.
