Job summary

The busperson position involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs, while ensuring a positive guest experience. You will remove items not in use and ensure correct place settings.

Responsibilities include setting up server stations, replenishing condiments, managing trays and bussing tables, delivering items to the dish room, and assisting with inventory and maintenance requests as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up/replenish server stations with polished china, glassware, and silverware
• Set up/replenish server stations with condiments for service
• Ensure place settings are complete with napkins and correct silverware
• Utilize trays for pre-bussing & bussing tables with safety
• Deliver soiled china, glass, and silverware to the dish room; discard trash
• Bag and remove soiled linen to designated area
• Maintain clean work areas; practice clean-as-you-go
• Notify management of maintenance issues
• Complete additional requests by management
• Manage inventory
