Job summary

The Shack Breakfast and Lunch is seeking a friendly team member to support servers and keep the dining room welcoming. You will clear and reset tables, take guests’ plates, and help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.

You will also prepare dining spaces, assist with restrooms and floor cleanliness, and collaborate with dishwashers and servers to ensure fast, courteous service that makes guests feel valued and at ease.

Job description

• In this job role, you are responsible for clearing and re-setting table settings, taking guest’s plates, and maintaining a clean and healthy workplace. Maintaining restrooms throughout the day, assisting servers when needed, and assisting dishwashers when needed. This role does involve customer interaction and you will be expected to be hospitable, professional, and friendly. All while making our guests feel valued, important, and comfortable.
• Prepares the dining room for our guest by cleaning the tables, chairs, booths, and floors to ensure a great initial experience.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety policies.
