Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe is looking for a friendly busser to help keep our dining rooms clean and welcoming. You will clear and reset tables, sweep floors, empty trash, stock ice and supplies, and assist hosts and servers to keep service moving.

Be ready to work in a fast-paced team, communicate clearly, and maintain a clean back dock area. This role supports all cafe operations and helps deliver the guest experience that Hard Rock is known for worldwide.

• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some Cafes: removing ketchups; refilling guests’ drinks and setting up bar pre-mixes.

Because of the business volume, bussers may be used at Hard Rock Cafe. They are directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, which allows other departments to focus on the guests.
