Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring full-time and part-time Bussers to join our team at The Squire at Grand Canyon, a Holiday Inn Resort in Tusayan, Arizona. As a Busser, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as the ability to set priorities and respond to changing needs within the dining room.

What will you do?

• Check-in with management for daily assignments and attend pre-shift briefing
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area
• Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart
• Reset tables once guests leave according to floor plan or instructions from management
• Assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen

More About You

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• At least one year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, balance, and move large food trays weighing up to 35 pounds
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners

Shift Details

• Day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
• On call, split shifts, overtime as needed
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
