Job Summary

Join our team at Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar in downtown Phoenix, near Chase Field. Your responsibilities include:

1. Greeting guests warmly.
2. Clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
3. Maintaining station cleanliness and stock.
4. Transporting dirty dishes.
5. Performing cleaning tasks.
6. Supporting servers and maintaining communication.
7. Assisting with water refills and bussing.
8. Following food safety standards.
9. Performing side work and opening/closing duties.
10. Maintaining overall cleanliness.
11. Performing any other assigned duties.

Required Skills

1. Excellent customer service and professionalism.
2. Point-of-sale operation and cash handling.
3. Assisting with food prep and cleaning.
4. Multi-tasking in a fast environment.
5. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
6. Valid certifications like ServSafe and Food Handler may be required.
7. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or sports entertainment preferred.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking for long periods.
• Performing physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to heat, cold, and steam.
• Bending, stooping, kneeling as needed.
