Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Clears dirty tables quickly and resets them as prescribed.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serves guests beverages and replenishes as necessary; assists servers with service.
• Transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Performs general cleaning tasks using standard products.
• Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain supply.
• Performs side work and restocks condiments.
• Greet and seat guests when needed and perform other duties as assigned.
