Job summary

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Kauai, Hawaii is seeking a Busser to join our vibrant service team. You will assist servers, clear tables, refill water, and help maintain a welcoming dining area in a fast-paced tropical setting.

• Assist servers in setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area
• Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring guests have a comfortable and tidy environment
• Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other dining essentials as needed
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth flow of operations
• Assist in carrying food trays and delivering dishes to appropriate tables
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for guests
