The Ruby Slipper Cafe is hiring a Ruby Krewe member to maintain a clean and efficient dining area, clear and reset tables between courses, and ensure guest satisfaction during brunch service.

No prior restaurant experience is required; entrants can join and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly environment with benefits including meals and discounts.

Mansioni

• Responsible for clearing sanitizing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests.
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
• Clear tables after guests leave the table.
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload sort and stack silverware dishes glassware etc in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area.
• Between seatings promptly clean tabletops chairs and booths check floor and clean as required.
• Reset and arrange tabletop for next party.
• Serve Guests refills as needed remove used tableware between courses.
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
