Job Summary

Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests.

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
• Clear tables after guests leave the table.
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc., in designated areas in the soiled dish drop-off area.
• Between seatings, promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths; check the floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletops for the next party.
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses.
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
