Job Summary

Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for guests.

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• No previous restaurant experience required
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for the next course
• Clear tables after guests leave
• Transport soiled tableware to the dish room, unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, and glassware in designated areas
• Promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths between seatings; check floors and clean as needed; reset tables for the next guests
• Serve guests refills as needed and remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect and clean the restroom every 30 minutes as needed
