Pinehurst is seeking a dining service assistant to support the smooth operation of its food and beverage outlets. The role involves clearing and resetting tables, carrying dishes to the dish room, and running food from the kitchen to dining areas.

You will assist in setting up dining spaces, help servers, and help prepare buffet tables for shifts, while adhering to resort SOPs and attending required trainings. A flexible schedule including holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in various Food and Beverage outlets and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Transport food orders from kitchen to dining room.
• Clear tables and carry dirty dishes to dish room and reset tables for next guests.
• Assist in setting up dining room for scheduled shift.
• Assist servers when necessary.
• Set buffet tables for meal shifts.
• Attend training classes as required.
• Attend outlet staff meetings as scheduled.
• Follow Resort Standards of Operation procedures.
