Job Summary

Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia, following the success of our original Brooklyn location, is set to open in Q4 2021. It offers a unique entertainment experience with music, bowling, bars, and food, located in Fishtown, Philadelphia. The venue emphasizes local products and sustainability.

The Role

The Busser / Food Runner ensures that bus stations and storage areas are organized for efficient service, maintains inventory, and assists in table setting and clearing. They work closely with food service staff, support venue operations, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food items according to server instructions and describe dishes to guests.
• Stock kitchen and service areas.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and expedite areas.
• Set and reset tables with appropriate utensils and condiments.
• Transport dishes to the kitchen for washing.
• Act as communication link between kitchen and front of house.
• Know menu items thoroughly.
• Keep bus stations, stock rooms, and corridors organized.
• Obtain approval for stock requisitions and report equipment issues.
• Support venue setup, cleanup, and maintenance tasks.
• Work as part of a team to enhance guest experience.
