Job summary

The Henry is hiring immediately for a Back Server at our offsite location near Legacy West. The role emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, and guest service in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided and benefits become available after 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, dynamic personality.

• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
• Clear and clean tables after guests leave and reset for the next guest
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Communicate with guests, servers, hosts and managers to ensure great customer service
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
