We are looking for a Busser/Food Runner to join our team and facilitate collaboration between our kitchen and wait staff. The Busser/Food Runner is responsible for setting tables, serving food, and removing used dishes and utensils.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Approach all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner, maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Promote a positive work environment by addressing conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Ensure guest comfort by answering questions, conveying special instructions to the kitchen and bar, and making suggestions based on preferences.
• Deliver food to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and specials.
• Arrange table settings before guests are seated.
• Bust tables, clean, and sanitize them after guests leave.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues.
• Follow health regulations and customer service guidelines.
• Attend to guests efficiently and promptly.
• Collect and return used dishes and utensils to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with inventory and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Clean spills, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Project professionalism with an emphasis on hospitality.
• Maintain sanitary and safe work practices.
