Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is hiring Bussers and Food Runners to help keep the dining room energetic and organized. You will assist with running food, resetting tables, and supporting the flow of service to create memorable guest moments.

We’re seeking candidates with a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a willingness to engage with guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and speed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to stay active in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and lift as required for service.

Responsibilities

• Reset tables and bar tops quickly to keep guests seated.
• Assist with running food and clearing dishes to support service flow.
• Stock and maintain clean glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Assist hosts, servers and bartenders to keep dining room moving.
• Provide friendly, energetic, and personalized guest interactions.

• Reset tables and bar tops quickly so every guest starts fresh
• Assist with running food, clearing dishes, and supporting the flow of service
• Pre-bus tables as necessary
• Stock and maintain clean glassware, silverware, and dishware.

Stay in Sync: Communicate often, move with your team, and keep service flowing.

• Communicate with Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders to keep the dining room moving
• Help the team stay stocked and ready through each shift

Make It Personal: Be genuine, listen well, and tailor each experience.

• Greet guests with energy and keep a sharp eye on what they need
• Assist with carryout orders and help create a positive first and last impression

Add a Touch: Go beyond the expected to create memorable moments.

• Help with restocking, light cleaning, and little details that make a big difference

What You Will Bring

• At least 18 years of age
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred
• A positive attitude and a passion for people, food, and service
• Ability to stay active and engaged in a fast paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
