Qualifications

• Flexible availability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Bus glasses, plates, silverware, and other dining accessories from tables during service and after customers leave the tables.
• Reset tables to CRD standards with linen, silverware, condiments, and other accessories.
• Assist servers by delivering water, refilling beverages, bussing tables, and carrying out requests.
• Restock service areas, beverage stations, and bars with glassware, silverware, linen, water, condiments, and supplies.
• Carry full bus pans from dining rooms to the kitchen and unload at the dishwasher.
• Fold napkins and carry them to service areas with tablecloths.
• Clean spills, trash, and broken items; sweep dining rooms and remove trash.
