Job summary

Sixty Vines is hiring bussers to join our team. You will greet guests, support servers, keep dining areas clean, and ensure proper table setup and sanitation throughout shifts. A high school diploma, ability to read/write English, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods of time; able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; follow sanitation procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Proper uniform should be worn; maintain dining and dish area setup.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire restaurant during shift.
• Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables.
• Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant.
• Communicate questions or issues to management promptly.
• Work with coworkers and management in a friendly manner; perform opening/closing duties including sanitation and setup for next shift.
