Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Bussers to support servers and maintain smooth restaurant flow. The role focuses on clearing, cleaning, resetting tables, and aiding the dining room team to maximize seating turnover.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, U.S. work eligibility, 18+ years, and at least 1 year of related experience. Strong English communication and safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 18+ years of age.
• Minimum of one year related experience.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations.
• Sanitation and safety.
• Full service restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods.
• Maintain knowledge of table/seat/station numbers and proper setups.
• Keep assigned areas and side stations clean and stocked.
• Work as a team to assist guests and colleagues.
• Replenish stock during shifts.
• Address guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Clean spills immediately and prevent hazards.
• Move furniture as directed by management.
• Report and record breakages.
• Know maintenance and use of equipment.
• Complete opening/running/closing side work duties.
• Assist teammates with side work as requested.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
