Job summary

Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring a Busser to efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables and support servers for smooth guest flow. The role offers a $16.90/hour base pay with tips, on-site shifts, and full-time benefits; a focus on teamwork, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction is essential.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be 18+, and able to work in the United States. Prior food-service experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 18+ years of age.
• Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.
• Minimum of one (1) year related experience.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations.
• Sanitation and safety.
• Full service restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods to turn tables.
• Maintain knowledge of table/seat/station numbers and proper table set ups.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations.
• Work as a team, assisting guests and team members’ needs.
• Ensure stock is replenished during the shift.
• Respond to guest concerns/complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Clean and dry spills immediately; never leave spills unattended.
• Move furniture as directed by management and report breakages.
