First Watch in Avon, Indiana is seeking a friendly Busser to support a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, or lunch service. You’ll help create a welcoming dining experience by clearing and resetting tables quickly and assisting Hosts and Servers as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate well with others and work in a team.
• Ability to clean and reset tables within 3 minutes.
• Assist Hosts and Servers with seating.
• General duties include light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with teammates to ensure smooth service flow.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables promptly.
• Update Hosts about table availability and seating readiness.
• Perform related duties such as light housekeeping and restocking.
