Smokin Fins is seeking dedicated bussers to maintain a clean, inviting dining area and support the service team in our Polished Casual concept. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and help runners ensure smooth operations while delivering hospitality with a smile.

Ideal candidates are upbeat, reliable, and capable of standing for several hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working weekends. Part-time hours and friendly tips accompany this role in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a food handler certification.
• Be 16 years of age.
• Stand and work for up to 4 hours at a time.
• Lift, move, and shelve items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist wait staff by setting tables with clean linens and silverware and removing soiled dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of side stations, floors, furniture and restrooms.
• Assist servers with delivering food and refilling beverages as needed.
• Communicate guest needs to servers and hosts for efficient seating and service.
