Job summary

Cala Scottsdale is seeking a friendly Bussers to help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and support the service team. You will clear tables, reset stations, and ensure guests have a comfortable dining environment during all shifts.

Ideal candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant, can lift up to 50 lbs, and hold or obtain an Arizona Food Handler’s Card. Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Energetic and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to move quickly and stay organized under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handler’s Card.

Responsibilities

• Support servers and hosts by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, patio, lounge, and service stations.
• Refill water glasses, bread service, and other guest needs as directed by servers.
• Ensure proper setup of tables and sections at the beginning of each shift.
• Help restock server stations with glassware, silverware, napkins, and other supplies.
• Assist with carrying food, clearing plates, and communicating guest needs to the team.
• Follow all sanitation and safety procedures for dishware and dining room upkeep.
• Perform opening and closing side work and cleaning duties.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Move with urgency, awareness, and attention to detail during busy shifts.
