Fogo de Chão in Jacksonville, FL seeks a part-time Busser to support servers by keeping tables tidy, replenishing drinks and side items, and preparing dining areas for service. • Provides server support by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes and other items at tables.
• Executes table setup and cleanup in an efficient manner.
• Transports trays from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Completes starting or closing shift duties.
• Assists in maintaining each service station.
• Prioritizes guest needs throughout service.
