The role emphasizes teamwork, quick service, and maintaining cleanliness across dining rooms and restrooms, with emphasis on a welcoming attitude for every guest. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Must be 16 to apply.
• Must have weekend availability to interview.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with front of house team members and managers.
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables promptly to ensure efficient seating.
• Direct and facilitate carryout pickup for guests as needed.
• Assist serving staff with pre-bussing tables and delivering food and beverages.
• Assist bar staff with bussing by removing full bus tubs and delivering to bus station.
• Stock side plates in designated service areas.
• Stock products and surface clean restrooms throughout the shift.
• Roll silverware as needed throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room, restrooms, and other public areas.
• Deliver food to tables accurately and efficiently.
• Execute daily cleaning tasks outlined by management.
• Greet guests as needed with a welcoming and positive attitude.
