Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu is seeking a friendly Busser to support a fast-paced dining floor. You will help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and inviting dining area, assisting servers and hosts as needed.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, sweeping floors, emptying trash, stocking ice and products, and helping with back dock organization. A positive attitude and sense of urgency are essential in this role at our beachside venue.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty tables and reset them for guests.
• Sweep floors and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Empty trash cans and stock ice/products.
• Maintain a clean and organized back dock area.
• Assist hosts, servers and other bussers as needed.
• Pre-buss and stage tables; remove ketchup where applicable.
• Refill guests’ drinks and assist with bar pre-mixes where required.
