Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club in Salt Lake City is seeking Bussers to join our team. You will assist with table settings, keep stations stocked, and support servers to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience in high-volume venues, can stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. We offer training and a dynamic dining and entertainment concept across from Delta in Fountain Plaza.

Qualifications

• Previous busser/hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge.
• Ability to stand, lift and bend for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, replace silverware and keep service areas organized.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee/bread stations and sanitize equipment.
• Stock and restock dining areas, bathrooms and server stations during service.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate requests to front- and back-of-house.
• Attend pre-service meetings and participate in staff training opportunities.
