Busser - Family-Friendly Resort Offering Authentic San Diego Soul

Join us as a Busser at Noble House Hotels & Resorts, working at the beautiful San Diego Mission Bay Resort, a 357-room property featuring multiple dining options, a renovated pool, a kid's pool, stunning bay views, fire pits, and more.

As a Busser, you will have the opportunity to interact with guests from around the world, showcasing our hotel, amenities, and surroundings. Your role is vital in creating memorable dining experiences by assisting guests throughout their meal. This position offers high visibility and the chance to make a lasting impact on guests' visit.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in guest service in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Reliable, friendly, energetic, and a team player
• Greeter experience is a plus
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate: $23.72, with incentives, health benefits, PTO, free parking, free lunch, and travel discounts at Noble House Hotels nationwide.
