Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking a bus person to support Food Servers and maintain clean, inviting dining areas. You will welcome guests, set up stations, assist with beverage service, and help with bussing and cleaning throughout shifts.

The position emphasizes guest-focused service aligned with KE**EP brand values, with a team environment and opportunities to contribute to a high-volume hospitality operation.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Health card is required.

Responsibilities

• Attends pre-shift meetings.
• Sets-up stations and side areas and ensures supplies are on-hand.
• Welcomes guests, removes extra set-ups, and serves water.
• Assists in pre-bussing tables throughout the meal.
• Cleans and resets tables and cleans floor around tables at the end of the meal.
• Assists with dishwashing and prep work as needed.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and safe working environment.
• Turns-over/takes-over station according to procedure.
