Compass Group USA is seeking a Busser for the New York Botanical Garden. The role involves clearing and resetting tables, stocking stations, and assisting servers in beverage and bread service in a fast-paced environment.

The position is part-time with a $17 per hour tipped pay range, and includes benefits as offered by the employer. You will work closely with Levy staff to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service operations.

Qualifications

• Sets and clears restaurant tables.
• Stocks service stations and assists servers.
• Folds napkins and replenishes condiments.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations with necessary equipment.
• Serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary; assists servers with food and beverage service.
• Transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products.
• Performs side work and restocks items as needed.
• Greet and seat guests and handle spills or special requests.
