Pomperaug Woods, Inc. in Southbury, CT is seeking a friendly Part-Time Busser to join our Seabury at Pomperaug Woods Food & Beverage team. This role supports dining room service and may assist with dishwashing.

You will clear and reset tables, help servers, keep dining areas clean, and assist with residents' dining needs. Weekend hours on Friday and Saturday 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, totaling 6 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum willingness to learn and provide friendly service.

Responsibilities

Looking for a great part-time job with flexible evening hours? Join our Food & Beverage team and help create an exceptional dining experience for the residents who call Seabury at Pomperaug Woods home.

We are seeking a Part-Time Busser who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys working in a hospitality-focused environment. This role primarily supports our dining room service and will occasionally assist with dishwashing coverage as needed.

Schedule

• Friday and Saturday
• 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• 6 hours per week

What You'll Do

• Clear and reset dining tables during and after meal service.
• Assist servers by refilling beverages and delivering requested items.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and wait areas.
• Transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to designated dishwashing areas.
• Assist with food delivery to ensure timely and excellent service.
• Support residents by helping with walkers and other dining room needs when appropriate.
• Provide occasional dishwashing coverage, including washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, pots, and utensils.
• Complete assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and guests.

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull carts safely throughout the shift.
