This is a vital support position at our food hall destinations. The position is responsible for assisting bartenders and ensuring the smooth operation of the shift, with required availability on weekends. The primary role is to provide support and help maintain the bar's functionality and cleanliness.
Clearing and Cleaning: Remove used dishes, glassware, and silverware; wipe down tables and chairs; clean floors; andmaintaina tidy dining area.
Stocking Supplies: Replenish service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and other essential items.
Customer Service: Provide a pleasant dining experience by responding to guest needs andassistingwith minor requests.
Additional Duties:Assistwith dishwashing, side station maintenance, and othertasksneeded to support restaurant operations.
