Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Bussers primary job is to support servers in attending to the needs of customers and ensuring that dining areas are sanitary and attractive.
2. Stack and clear away dishes to the kitchen to reduce the turnover time between parties and keep tables readily available for incoming customers.
3. Ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset between seatings.
4. Serving food and refilling beverages as required.
5. Assisting with the cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and silverware.
6. Maintaining the restroom facilities.
7. Disposing of trash and attending to other cleaning needed around the restaurant.
