Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils quickly.
• Clean and reset tables for the next guest.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness including floors and stations.
• Refill water glasses and provide service support.
• Carry dishes and glassware to the dishwashing area.
• Ensure service stations are stocked throughout the shift.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food.
• Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown during opening and closing shifts.
