Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Santa Monica is hiring Busser/Bussers to support servers and maintain dining stations. You will assist with table setup, transporting trays, and stocking ice water, cheese rolls and side dishes to enhance the guest experience.

Candidates must be able to stand for long periods and work weekends/holidays. We offer both full-time and part-time hourly roles with comprehensive benefits, tip eligibility, and voluntary programs to support team members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• No formal education required beyond experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes at each table.
• Perform table setup and cleanup efficiently.
• Transport trays from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Ensure service stations are stocked and organized.
• Assist guests with a friendly, guest-first approach.
