Levy Restaurants is hiring a Busser for The Mill at Mammoth Mountain to support servers and enhance the dining room experience. You will help with table settings, deliver orders, bus tables, and ensure proper presentation and serving temperatures per HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: glove/oven mitts/steamers and slip-resistant shoes policies.
