Job summary

The Hanover Inn, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a dedicated Busser to join our food and beverage team. You will support the service staff, help maintain cleanliness, and ensure a welcoming dining atmosphere for all guests in a historic university town location.

You will work in a fast-paced restaurant, collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to deliver memorable hospitality, manage station setup, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience every shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the server stations.
• Assist the servers in maintaining clean available tables for arriving guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area.
• Be the master of the restaurant, understanding the details of the operation.

As a Busser, it is your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, working to keep the serving stations filled, clearing, and cleaning tables, and keeping the restaurant clean.
