Qualifications

• Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs to high shelves.
• Work in damp, high temperature environments.
• Must complete Florida Responsible Vendor program.
• Must complete food safety certification program.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies.
• Cleans and sets up tables for new guests.
• Assists guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
• Removes trash and debris from bar and dining areas.
• Maintains cleanliness in restrooms and outside areas.
• Ensures all high chairs and booster seats are sanitary.
• Performs shift changes and assigned sidework.
