Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain flow.
• Assist servers and hosts by keeping dining area clean and organized.
• Refill water, help run food, and assist guests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, stations, and restrooms.
• Stock glassware, plates, silverware, and napkins.
• Communicate with the team to anticipate needs during busy shifts.
• Help wherever needed to support teamwork.

We operate multiple unique concepts, including Cane Rosso, Zoli’s NY Pizza, Thunderbird Pies, Imperial Room, and more. Our Bussers are a key part of the guest experience and the heartbeat of a smooth shift. When tables are clean, stocked, and ready, the whole restaurant wins.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to keep service flowing
• Assist servers and hosts by keeping the dining room clean and organized
• Refill water, help run food, and support guests when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, service stations, and restrooms
• Stock supplies including glassware, plates, silverware, and napkins
• Communicate with the team to anticipate needs during busy shifts
• Jump in wherever help is needed because teamwork makes the dream crust
